Let's give the standard fringing technique in quilling and give it a hair cut. Now we end up with a flower center. I'll also show two other ideas on how to add color to the center without attaching a pre-colored strip to your fringe.

In this video, I'll be showing how to:
  • fluff your petals faster than by ruler
  • add color to the center 3 ways
  • add them to a free printable card
